Hello and thank you for visiting my web site. My name is Marilyn Simpson and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Denver, Colorado. I have been in practice since 1995. I became a Psychologist because I believe that people can change themselves and their lives for the better. I believe my job is to help guide them towards their own answers by educating them and helping them to better understand themselves and their relationships. Throughout our lives we learn how to grow, protect ourselves and survive both the good and the difficult experiences that life brings. Sometimes we find that our coping skills and habits are not working or may actually be hindering our relationships, jobs and general growth. Our family members may be unhappy with us and even our health may be suffering.

I would like to help you work on these difficulties and improve your quality of life and overall success. I use cognitive behavioral methods to help my clients become more aware of exactly what they are doing behaviorally and what negative or positive thinking may be behind these behaviors. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, but empowering environment for working on your problems, relationships and aspirations. I endeavor to work quickly while thoroughly evaluating a client's issues and avenues for treatment. My fees are reasonable and my office is centrally located in the Denver Tech Center.
